All orders placed online will be shipped to you within 7 business days, at no cost, anywhere in the continental USA. If you need an item sooner, please email us to inquire of it's availability. Our collection is small batch, made to order, we keep stock of all styles in our showroom in Los Angeles, so chances are we can ship quicker if need be. Be in touch!

EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns; only exchanges upon approval. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, tagged and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for exchange. 

IN OUR RETAIL STORE: Exchanges must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase receipt. You must obtain and present your original sales receipt. Your exchange item must equal the same or less amount of original purchase. Any balance remainder will become a store credit toward a future purchase. 

ONLINE ORDERS: Exchanges must be received within 14 days from the date of receipt. We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the product. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.

Your exchange item must equal the same amount of original purchase, less shipping charges. Any remainder will become a credit toward a future purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
